Terms, Privacy and Refunds

Backstage is a members-only area of billwestmusic.com with live recordings, videos, photos, stories, and music. One membership opens every room.

You choose what to pay. At sign-up you pick a monthly amount from $3 to $100, or the $48 yearly option. Your card is charged that amount every month or every year until you cancel. To change your amount, email me and I will help.

If a payment fails, Stripe will try again. If it still cannot be collected, your access may end until the payment goes through.

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

If you join and Backstage isn’t for you, email me within 3 days of your first payment and I will refund it. After that, past charges are not refunded, except for accidental or duplicate charges, or if something is wrong with your access. Email me and I will make it right.

Everything in Backstage is for your personal enjoyment. Please do not share your login, or copy, download, re-post, or sell the recordings, videos, photos, or writing. The music and everything else here remain mine.

Your email address is your Backstage login. There is no password. To sign in on a new phone or computer, go to the login page, type your email, and choose “Email me a sign-in link.” Anyone who can open that email can get into your account, so keep it private.

I keep only what I need to run the site: your email address, your name if you give it, your membership status, and your ticket orders.

Payments are handled by Stripe, and ticket payments by PayPal. I never see or store your full card number. Emails are sent through Resend, and accounts are stored with Supabase.

I count visits to the site in a way that does not use cookies or follow you around the web. I do not sell or rent your information to anyone. If you would like your account and information deleted, email me and I will take care of it.
